KeenHire Talent Management is Growing and needs the right person to work side by side our CEO, learn our business and run the day to day operations; including managing many aspects of sales and marketing seminar campaigns, delegating and managing task from outside consultants, vendors and virtual workforce, tracking effectiveness of recruitment projects and pitching in when necessary, creating customer reports, creating and sending out well written proposals, formulating customized billing statements, tracking A/R, tracking organizational effectiveness and assessment reports and more.

You are an innovative, quality driven and successful business professional with strong experience in the recruiting, staffing or HR consulting field. You have top notch technical skills including word, excel, powerpoint, adobe, internet, sharepoint and ms outlook. While you think from an organizational and service delivery perspective you also are always looking at ways to refine, improve and step up service.

We provide recruitment & talent management process in-sourcing (the people, systems & tools) for companies expanding or shifting their workforce; where making & keeping the right hire effects profitability, customer engagement and retention. Our customers currently do not have the internal capacity or desire to implement or manage effective spike hiring, selection, on-boarding & retention programs.
