You are a diligent and organized contracts specialist, with knowledge and comfort in understanding and addressing legal contractual language. You enjoy bringing organization and efficiency to contract management processes, and creating a proactive plan for process improvement. You have experience meticulously managing and processing governmental contracts and understand the importance of risk mitigation to overall contract management. You are focused and able to identify critical components to properly protect the liability of the organization as it pertains to contractual obligations including attention to indemnification language, bonding requirements, work scope and relevant insurance requirements.
