Greg Herrera is currently an executive coach for more than a dozen C-level clients in Silicon Valley, including 10 CEOs. Previously, Greg led a business analytics software and consulting company. He started the company from scratch and in 19 years grew it into a nationwide business with 65 employees and $13M annual revenue. Greg also founded and led a SaaS company that provides marketing analytics and margin optimization software for casinos.
Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Greg was vice president of sales for an e-business solutions provider where in three years his team grew revenues from $5M to $80M and an equity valuation of $220M. He started his career in technical roles at Accenture and sales roles at Oracle.
Dr. Mike Pelfini is an accomplished Leadership Coach with a passion for creating transformative learning communities with and for C-level executives and business owners of small and mid-sized companies.
As a CEO within the Easter Seals network and Inspire USA Foundation, Mike built executive teams of passionate, entrepreneurial experts, resulting in expansion of key services; improved financial systems; and engaged employees and boards. He’s led the development of local and regional strategic plans and planning systems resulting in increased revenues and profitability.
Today, Mike guides executives in 1:1 or peer group coaching sessions to identify where they want to be and uncovering the barriers to achieving their goals.

Darlene received her professional coaching certification through CTI, Coaches Training Institute, over a decade ago and continues to educate herself in service of her team and clients. Darlene hired a coach during an extremely challenging work situation, which saved her life and was the catalyst for her work today –energizing high potential and high-performing leaders in business and leadership. She assists executives and leaders in family-owned and corporate companies to up-level their skills to meet the ever-changing demands.

Before joining KeenAlignment as a strategic HR consultant, Lauren worked for more than 20 years as an HR leader in the public sector. After a career of scaling, systematizing and stratifying HR departments and developing HR generalists, Lauren now advises, teaches and coaches them on how to shift their departments and themselves to move from survival to excellence.

Jackie Kibler grew up in an entrepreneurial family with her father in the music and entertainment business. Her father had a passion for music and like many entrepreneurs, wasn’t able to create a solid business infrastructure to grow the business. At a very early age, Jackie realized her passion was to help business owners get more from their businesses.
After college, Jackie worked for larger companies like Dun and Bradstreet, Wells Fargo, and Corporate Executive Board to learn best practices. She progressed through the leadership ranks and over the next 25 years, quickly became known as the “go-to person” for underperforming offices, regions, or companies using a strategic mix of goal setting, process development and personal accountability.

Red Werner provides team building and leadership development programs for groups seeking to increase their ability to work together in a positive and effective manner through various initiatives, low ropes courses, and high ropes/challenge courses. Through this series of activities, groups are challenged to accomplish tasks through creative problem-solving, trust building, effective communication and most importantly, teamwork.
After each event, Red leads a session where the activity is processed, debriefed and transferred back to a practical application. Focusing on “what to add to what you are already doing well,” the group is challenged to look at what works, what doesn’t and what’s next.

As KeenAlignment’s Multilingual Integration Specialist, Ulises Raul Martinez Ramirez is highly committed to the well-being of the people and organizations around him. He firmly believes that every person is born with the capacity to transform the world with their everyday actions and thoughts.
