As the core Sales, Marketing and HR Administrator for KeenHire Talent Management you are a key member of our internal team and are 100% responsible for completing effective, accurate and timely communications both internally and externally including yet not limited to the HR, Sales and Marketing arena.
You pride yourself on your proactive behavior; critical thinking skills and your excellent follow up and follow through as well as your highly effective use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint technology to complete all levels of projects. You enjoy a busy schedule with a variety of similar deadline driven projects on your plate.
You are a self-starter and finisher with a strong ability to prioritize your daily, weekly and monthly workload and achieve expected outcomes in desired time frames. Your responsibilities include project and program administration for HR, Sales, Marketing and Office Management. You are the key person coordinating our internal HR recruiting process, assisting with steps during hiring new consultants and administrating Keen’s new hire on boarding process. As our only Sales Administrator you are researching, collecting and processing data in and out of Salesforce.com, preparing and editing sales proposals, editing and polishing PowerPoint presentations and creating standardized HR, sales and marketing correspondence. As our only internal Marketing coordinator you are project managing several outside consultants, keeping projects on track, managing deadlines and inspecting the accuracy and aesthetics of all of marketing content. Additionally, you are the core person accountable for the effective execution of our monthly webinar campaigns; from marketing the program & refining the presentation’s content to the systematic and efficient registration, delivery and feedback process.
