Check out our 6-step Process we use to determine next steps to build cultural
alignment in your organization.

KeenAlignment offers two unique CEO Assessments to serve a variety of needs that help CEO’s overcome cultural misalignment. Which assessment is for you? Below are 6 steps we can work with you on to determine the best way to work towards an emergent culture.

  1. Take time to ideate what you want and why you want it (try our prompts):

    • Imagine your organization is fulfilling your noble cause.

    • Visualize how it feels for you when people in your organization are operating from intrinsic motivation and utilizing their highest level of genius to solve business challenges that get in the way of forward momentum.

    • Picture leading an organizational culture that gets work done through effective conversations for action and shared values and behaviors that remove friction and elevate the mood.

    • Envision your leadership team demonstrating a growth mindset by encouraging and inspiring innovation.

    • Suppose your human system continually examines what must be created, maintained, or destroyed for your organization to be a market leader.

  2. Take a quick inventory of your leadership team’s superpowers and impediments. Is it clear to you what they need to elevate their leadership effectiveness? If not, check out our Emergent culture leadership readiness benchmark and how it can provide you with the exact information you need to develop the team that catalyzes your culture.

  3. Ask yourself if your organization has the kind of culture that can succeed in today's unpredictable, chaotic, and challenging business climate. If the answer is yes, congratulations, we invite you to be a guest on our podcast WorkLiberated. However, if the answer is no or I don't know, take a look at our world-renowned ideal vs actual culture assessment and find out how it can close the gap between what you know and what to do about what you know.

  4. Evaluate your effectiveness as the primary source of leadership for an intentional, healthy, high-performance organizational culture - are you winning? If not, the executive level of Momentum Coaching may be exactly what you need now.

  5. Consider the time, energy, and commitment that is required to lead the kind of organization that:

    • Outperforms the market regardless of economic, political, and social unrest. Is it worth it to you to be that kind of leader?

    • Builds connection and trust with people, inspires intrinsic motivation and self-actualization, and leads people to work synergistically for a noble cause.

  6. Choose the first step in making culture your organization’s competitive advantage.

“KeenAlignment's initiatives have provided a framework for our leadership team to work and
collaborate together and facilitate constructive discussion when resolving conflicts.
Teamwork is the foundation for everything a business does, and Keen's framework is the
basis of this new way we operate and interact with one another. Our team now has a unique
and impactful vernacular for our day-to-day communications, as well as systems and tools in
place to make sure everyone is on the same page, which is a tremendous benefit. I'm a very
pragmatic person, and KeenAlignment's training is very pragmatic in its approach. We had a
new team member that joined, and that person wasn't really listening. I was able to coach
him on how he's listening, but not actively listening, and that's what is important to me.
Keen's programs are implemented in a functional and practical way,
and address the
entirety of the human condition.”
