Our company is the culmination over 25 years experience in the
recruiting and staffing industry as well 10+ years in the personal empowerment
and people development field.
Our founder Margaret Graziano (Margo) has over 2000
candidates in full time positions, and thousands more in temporary roles and
was ranked in the top 50 of all recruiters in the country. In 1996 Margo
took a 3-day personal empowerment course through Landmark
Education that opened her eyes to whole new levels of corporate
contribution and leadership. Shortly thereafter, she began making plans for Keenhire.
With over 10 years in the making KeenHire Talent Management is born. After 7 years working
side by side with CEOs in TEC and Vistage, 8 years mastering and leading the
distinctions of personal and corporate transformation, development of a
proprietary targeted section behavioral & competency based interviewing software, KeenView and additional graduate
coursework and certifications in Organizational Development, Executive Coaching
and Business planning Keen was ready to begin offering our services to Search
Firms, Talent Management professionals and Business Leaders.
