Our Process: Each participant receives a 60-minute Zoom debrief of their results detailing their individual competencies, decision-making abilities, strengths, weaknesses, communication style and values, plus an individual, professional and leadership team development inquiry.

 

Deliverable: A deep understanding of the leaders’ natural talents, competencies, and capacity – why they are motivated to use them and how they prefer to utilize them. This understanding sets the foundation for best use of self through change, as well as builds a foundation for each teammate to optimize their performance and work better with the rest of the team. Includes an individual leadership development road map.
