Christine is a professional leadership coach with over 20 years in operations management including founding and managing a green industry service, administration in a healthcare and academic setting, and management of an independent food retailer. Her on-the-job people and business management training started with front-line positions and is supplemented with training in psychology and leadership coaching. Christine’s service-centric leadership style recognizes both the individual and the organization and seeks to build an alliance that facilitates meaningful shifts in perspective, participation and profits. Before joining KeenAlignment as a strategic HR consultant, Lauren worked for over 20 years as a Human Resources Manager and Chief of Administrative Operations in the public sector. After a career scaling, systematizing and stratifying HR departments and developing HR generalists, Lauren now advises, teaches and coaches them on how to shift their departments and themselves to move from survival to excellence.

Red provides team building and leadership development programs for groups looking to increase their ability to work together in a positive and effective manner through various initiatives, low ropes courses, and High Ropes/Challenge Courses. Through this series of activities, groups are challenged to accomplish tasks through creative problem-solving, trust building, effective communication and most importantly, teamwork.
Each activity is processed, debriefed and transferred back to a practical application. Focusing on “What To Add To What You Are Already Doing Well,” the group is challenged to look at “What Works” “What Doesn’t” and “What’s Next.” Experientially based programs are profound; the principles are not taught, the discovery is experienced creating lasting results.

Adjunct Industrial Organizational Psychology Advisor
Catherine Kwantes holds a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology and is a full professor at the Department of Psychology, University of Windsor, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She is an expert in Organizational Culture assessments and recommendations, Leadership Analysis and Coaching, as well as Benchmarking with specific expertise in developing inclusive organizational cultures and addressing the opportunities and challenges of diversity in the workplace. Her dedication to client relationships and her extensive background is an asset to the clients she works with. She has lived and worked in four countries – Canada, India, Japan, and the USA. Drawing on both lived experiences, consulting, and research, she brings a deep understanding of how social culture can impact employee attitudes and behaviors.
She has worked with organizations undergoing mergers and acquisitions across national divides to assist navigating the effects of social culture on that process, and has consulted with organizations for developing strong working relationships and effective organizational cultures in multicultural workplaces.
Dr. Kwantes is one of the founders of the Trustworthiness Research Alliance (TRA) as well as the Director of the Centre for Culture and Organizational Research (CCOR) at the University of Windsor.

In Susan’s work in various industries, including non-profit and for-profit, she’s led and lived many areas of organizational development. As an executive, product manager, outside salesperson, trainer, facilitator, and consultant, she’s honed skills to serve both external and internal clients. From the basics of sales and presentation skills training to the intricacies of change management preparation and training, to leadership development and values assessment, Susan delivers crucial, actionable knowledge with interactive give-and-take that enables team members and leadership “live lab” learning that they can put into practice on the job. Embracing and mastering the “Keen Way” and programs, Susan’s empathy and insight enable her to connect with clients wherever they are, in ways guaranteed to move the needle.
Susan counts as proudest moments the times she engineered experiences that created new beginnings for departments that were in conflict: in client services and sales, as a product manager, and among multiple stakeholders in a developing healthcare organization.
In healthcare, medical publishing, manufacturing, and even local “mom and pop” operations, Susan brings a curiosity about the culture and values of an organization that is contagious. Her certification as a Barrett Values Cultural Transformation consultant adds substance to skill, both of which she employs to assist clients in excavating and developing the best in their culture so they can: retain and attract talent, prepare to surf the coming waves of change, and help leaders link values to behavior. Dr. Michael Soon Lee

Dr. Michael Soon Lee has spoken and consulted about leadership and culture over 1,000 times around the world to companies like Coca-Cola, General Motors and Chevron. He is the author of nine books about culture including, “Men in the Minefield of Sexual Harassment”, which is the first book to help men survive in the workplace in the new era of #MeToo, “Cross-Cultural Selling for Dummies”, “Black Belt Negotiating” and is a contributing author to many others. He works with organizations who are experiencing cross-cultural challenges or seeking to take advantage of multicultural opportunities.
As an adjunct consultant for KeenAlignment, he specializes helping organizations to overcome cross-cultural communications difficulties in the workplace, build multicultural teams and sell to customers of all cultures. He helps companies to realize the promise of diversity that eludes so many organizations that includes increased productivity and profitability. He also helps foreign companies doing business in the United States to understand the intricacies and subtleties of the American culture.
Mr. Lee has doctorate and masters degrees in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He was also Dean of the School of Management at John F. Kennedy University and has taught communications for many colleges and universities for over 25 years.

He firmly believes that every person is born with the capacity to transform the world with their everyday actions and thoughts. “By being conscious how our own choices can affect our life, we can start generating positive changes that will impact ourselves and the people around us.” His areas of expertise include mental health, interpretation, translation, interpersonal skills and facilitation.

As a Family Wellness Center Child and Family Therapist, Christian conducts individual and family therapy sessions to families with Medi-Cal insurance. Christian develops specific treatment plans to meet client and family’s needs. Through a variety of therapeutic interventions and modalities, Christian is able to help families with depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, etc. Christian’s areas of expertise include working with adolescents and families.

In 1993, Thanh was introduced to an intensive life, leadership, and coaching training and development program that deeply and profoundly transformed his life. He became a leader, mentor, coach, and participant in this leadership program and other similar programs. These programs enabled Thanh to make great strides in his personal & family life and professional career. Through these experiences and accomplishments, Thanh’s passion for coaching was ignited and burns brightly. He makes a difference in the transformation of the people’s lives he interacts with and coaches, and he is continuously and actively engaged in the transformation of his own life. Thanh has been involved with coaching and mentoring in a professional and personal capacity for more than twenty years.
Thanh has a wealth of knowledge in the IT and Software Development industry. He started as a systems engineer/software developer and worked his way up to head of product development for a CRM suite of products with one of the world’s largest business software companies. During his 18 years in the Software Development and IT industry, Thanh worked on almost all aspects of the business. His experience includes scoping and requirements gathering, coding, full project management, consulting, training, implementation, managing resources internationally, sales support, product management, and fully running departments with P&L responsibilities.
Thanh has been involved with martial arts from childhood. He loves the physical training, hard work, and discipline of the martial arts. Several years ago, he joined an Aikido dojo and delved head first into it, achieving his black belt in 2015. He currently holds a rank of second degree black belt. Aikido is a physical expression of the transformative work he has been deeply involved with over the last two decades. He is passionate about sharing this with others!

Patrick Gallagher is a lifelong student and teacher of leadership, a passionate advocate for health and safety, and a catalyst for development. Patrick’s 20 years of consulting, management and leadership coaching experience has led him to work around the world, and includes coaching well over 100 leaders in multiple sectors ranging from manufacturing, oil and gas, professional services and major capital projects in personal effectiveness, adaptive leadership, and safety leadership. He has been a principal with two leading organizational transformation consulting firms where he led global teams in delivering safety culture and leadership development programs to help clients achieve breakthroughs in performance. He delivers safety improvement outcomes by deploying a full suite of talent management and human resource development methodologies, including organization design, assessment and selection, performance management, rewards, coaching, and leadership development. Patrick has attained coaching training from the Center for Creative Leadership and with Behavioral Science Technology. He has obtained assessment and coaching certifications with the Center for Creative Leadership and Development Dimensions International, and has held SPHR and GPRH certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management. He earned an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and a BS in cultural anthropology from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. Ombudsperson, Mediator, Conflict Coach
Yvette Durazo is the Ombudsperson for customers of KeenAlignment. She brings a wealth of knowledge and professional experience from mediating conflicts ranging from workplace, bullying prevention, settlement negotiations, community, nonprofits, government and business disputes. As a mediator, facilitator, conflict resolution trainer and conflict coach, she assists organizations in engaging in strategies to promote positive workplace culture. She is passionate to help professionals and large groups to engage in constructive problem-solving toward instilling respect, civility, and justice in communities, organizations and professional relationships. Human conflict is one of the most important energy organizations must learn to work with and harness to overcome any derailing of employees’ performance and engagement.
Yvette holds a PCC coaching credential from the International Coach Federation, a Master Degree in Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, and Peacebuilding from California State University Dominguez Hills and an undergraduate degree in International Business with an emphasis in Latin American Studies from San Diego State University. She is a certified as a mediator, restorative justice facilitator, and non-violence communication expert. She is a former Core Adjunct Professor at National University where she taught courses in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation, and Communication for over six years. In 2011, she founded Unitive Consulting, a strategic conflict management and mediation firm in San Diego, CA. She is the former ADR Program Administrator for the Superior Court of California, Alameda County. She is actively involved in various organizations in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Yvette is fully bilingual in Spanish and has expertise with cultural diversity and inclusion.
As Keen’s Production Manager, Terrell partners with our course leaders and is accountable for the overall delivery of offsite and strategic retreats. She is experienced in generating training environments that create an extraordinary customer experience.
A graduate of Maryville College with a Bachelor degree in Art, Caroline is one of KeenAlignment’s event production professionals assisting with customer training programs. Caroline has several years of guest services and event coordination experience, and prides herself on providing exemplary customer service. Her passion for delivering extraordinary events for attendees and meticulous attention to detail, makes her an essential member of KeenAlignment’s administrative and operations team.
A graduate of the Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor degree in Music Business and Management and Performance, Tai is one of KeenAlignment’s leading professionals assisting businesses to develop to their full potential.
