Lisa is an experienced manufacturing leader who has managed Production Operations, Continuous Improvement, Quality and Sales. She is experienced in a variety of industrial environments including pharmaceutical packaging and fulfilment, food production, iron foundry, machining, and assembly, as well as serving other sectors as an independent consultant. Through these experiences, she is acutely aware that organizations will thrive or fail because of leadership and culture regardless of technical skills and robust processes.

Lisa led the continuous improvement initiatives in each organization she served. By its very nature, continuous improvement equates to continuous change. The intensity of change quickly exposes cultural weaknesses and leadership. Change requires vision, adaptability, resilience, and communication. Human conflict is one of the most important energy organizations must learn to work with and harness to overcome any derailing of employees’ performance and engagement.

Yvette holds a PCC coaching credential from the International Coach Federation, a Master Degree in Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, and Peacebuilding from California State University Dominguez Hills and an undergraduate degree in International Business with an emphasis in Latin American Studies from San Diego State University.
