Local Corporate Culture Catalyst recognized as one of Silicon Valley’s Top 100 Influential Women in Business
The Silicon Valley Business Journal has named Margaret “Magi” Graziano, Chief Evangelist of KeenAlignment, to be a member of its Women of Influence class of 2019. This is the 10th year of the program, which recognizes outstanding achievements by Silicon Valley women in business enterprises, professional services, non-profits and community organizations.
Magi’s solution-focused programs offer exciting, groundbreaking, yet actionable ways for companies to maximize organizational performance, increase employee engagement, and develop high-performing teams who consistently boost the customer experience and bottom line. KeenAlignment is a national workforce optimization and constructive corporate culture consultancy recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
From beginning her career as a single mother with a High School education and earning 100% straight commission as a recruiter, transitioning from 20+ years in the staffing industry where she was recognized as one of the top recruiting specialists in the country, to in just over a decade becoming one of the most sought after Strategic HR and Culture Strategists in the field, Magi is a living example of determination, tenacity and passion directed towards purpose. In a recent article, she shares her reaction and insights on being chosen as an honoree.
“Picking the 2019 class was especially challenging, given the breadth of the nominations and the tremendous achievements they brought to the table. Consulting with a panel of judges who were past Women of Influence honorees, Business Journal editors made the final choices and came up with a diverse and inspirational group of award winners,” said J. Jennings Moss, Editor-in-Chief and General Manager of the SVBJ.
The nominations were judged based on their overall success, their impact on their current employer, their participation on boards and other professional organizations, and their community involvement.
‘If not me, who? If not now, when?’ Words of advice from SVBJ’s Women of Influence honoree reception.
