Leading HR in A Changing World Response-Agility is Key!
Creating an extraordinary culture begins with a deep understanding of why individuals, groups and organizations move forward and backward in effectiveness, and knowing how to empower your self, your team and your leaders to SHIFT when they fall out of balance or backtrack.
Your group is introduced to the 7 Levels of Personal, Group & Organizational Effectiveness, and how the ladder of effectiveness expands their ability to lead from their full power.
There are 3 levels of Ineffectiveness (Hopelessness, Fear, Frustration), and 4 levels of Effectiveness (Courage, Engagement, Innovation, Synchronicity). There is no Power and Freedom in the first 3 levels, and there’s an escalated level of Power and Freedom as you progress through the other 4 levels. Through experiential exercises, participants gain awareness of where they are now and what options are available to them, as well as learn to identify the systemic impacts on their motivation, energy and engagement at each level. Through the power of neuroscience, HR Professionals realize that each level provides a gift or learning, that they actually have a choice in how they respond, and the impact that they can make in the face of any circumstance.
Participants learn the power of using both the Right and Left Hemispheres of the Pre-Frontal Cortex (PFC), as well as Developing Executive Brain integration. Through experiential exercises, attendees learn to tap into each hemisphere’s unique strengths and how to access the Superpower of Pre-Frontal Cortex integration. Each participant has the opportunity to create an integrated Leadership Stake, and experiences how that stake allows them to expand their capacity to solve problems and see the whole.
