Elevate and Accelerate

Elevate and Accelerate is a Culture Transformation Immersion program for mission-driven leaders of organizations experiencing challenges in achieving the next level. An organization is another kind of system, a human system. Human beings, when operating in a system, are only as strong as the system is as a whole. Scientific research validates when people are connected to the mission and purpose of the work they do, they are more likely to focus and concentrate at work. Lack of focus and concentration at work is the equivalent of employee disengagement. Gallup Poll research reports lack of engagement is costing organizations between 2-4% of revenues.

KeenAlignment’s Culture Transformation Immersion Program is designed to analyze the current condition of the human system in your organization at a macro level, and provide a detailed roadmap of the pathway forward. The Level Set experience takes 9-20 leaders in your organization on a journey of personal, group and organizational effectiveness. As the team navigates through barriers to workability and high achievement, they learn from real life experiences and challenges that bring them together and raise their ability to collaborate and innovate.
